Who are we?
Since 1965 the company WARNING stands for solutions and products of professional perimeter surveillance, both on the outer perimeter, the fence area, and on the inner perimeter, the building facade. As a renowned manufacturer in the field of outdoor surveillance, we offer our customers the greatest possible protection before a break-in can even occur. Where the time gain is greatest, namely at the property boundary of the protected object, we already start to detect and report.
Due to our own production WARNING is also prepared for difficult or fast changing projects. After all, nothing outside works the way it does inside the building. Changing environmental conditions, potential possibilities for sabotage and overcoming attempts and the creativity of modern perpetrators lead to a rethinking for successful perimeter surveillance.
WARNING has been facing this change for almost 60 years now – every day and for every project.
Thanks to our extensively certified managing director Markus Bach, who is, among other things, a member of the board of directors in several committees of the security industry, as well as the first managing director to be certified by the BKA and the European Business School (EBS) as Security Manager, the company has a comprehensive knowledge base in the field of security technology.
As a manufacturer, WARNING serves customers in more than 30 countries and can look back on many successful products and partnerships with well-known customers. With the successful succession plan for 2011/2012, WARNING is prepared for long-term customer support and further company development in the coming decades.
“We protect. Far above standard.“

Hans-Jürgen Bach
Managing Director
Hans-Jürgen Bach looks back on over 55 years of experience in the fields of security and communications engineering. Solutions in the international project environment and the experience with foreign standards and practice are his specialty. As a group specialist, he was largely responsible for the risk analysis and danger prevention of endangered group members and board members of Hoechst AG during the Baader-Meinhof era (Red Army Faction, RAF) and coordinated the entire group measures with public (Kripo, SEK, GSG9, MAD), private and group-owned protection forces. In addition to representative functions and strategic activities of the company management, he makes his knowledge available to our trainees and accompanies their training with lectures, practical examples and craft tips. In this way, our young trainees benefit in many ways from the generational exchange.
